Can I book only when all three houses are free?
Yes. The calendar highlights only days when all three houses are free. Days with even one house booked appear as partially available and cannot be selected.
Is the booking confirmed immediately? When do I pay?
No booking or payment happens at this step. We verify availability, hold the three houses in Beds24, then send the final price and next steps.
Is there a discount for taking all three?
No set rate is defined yet, so the figure shown is the sum of each house's standard rate (¥128,000 per night) as a guide. The final price is quoted when we reply.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Tell us if you will arrive late.
Can I cancel?
SOLUNA's standard policy applies: free and fully refundable until 7 days prior, 30% until 3 days prior, 50% the day before, 100% on the day or for no-shows. Peak seasons may differ; the written terms are provided with your quote.
Can more than 12 people stay?
The three houses sleep 12 in total. We cannot accept more than that.

Biruwa, Teshikaga, Hokkaido — between Lake Kussharo and Lake Mashu. About 60 minutes by car from Kushiro Airport. Detailed directions come with your confirmation.
